At our store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be in the original packaging.

  • Include all tags, accessories, and documentation.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

How to Start a Return

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The item is defective.

  • We shipped the wrong item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at emiejackson@outlook.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
