Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–18 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.
